How does mobile grooming work?
We set up an appointment time with a 1 hour arrival window. The day of, I will let you know when I am on the way and give you an estimated time of arrival. When I arrive, I will come to the door to discuss the services provided and your expectations for the groom. Then I take your pup to the van for their spa date and walk them back to your front door when they're done. Payment is due at this point and an appointment is made for the next time anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks out.
How long will it take?
This is dependent on your dogs breed, their coat length and condition, behavior, temperament, as well as how long you go between grooms. Each dog is different and has a different tolerance level for the process. Rushing does not result in a quality groom and can stress your pup out even more.
Why is mobile grooming more than a pet salon?
We offer a one-on-one all inclusive service that comes to you. From start to finish, they will have our undivided attention. There are no up-charges for filing nails, specialty products, teeth brushing or other services. It takes the guess work out for you and you can rest assured that your pup will receive the exact care that they need with high quality and gentle products. There are no cages or kennels, everything is done by hand at a pace your dog is comfortable at. No other dogs barking or whining, your dog will be in a quiet and clean environment from start to finish. This helps me build trust and confidence in your pup during the process.
Do you have weight limit?
There is no weight limit. All pups are welcome as long as they are able to move around and get on the table if they are too overweight or too large to pick up without assistance. Each dog is different so we take dogs in on a case by case basis.
Do you do cats or other animals?
Not at this time.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
We only require proof of up to date rabies vaccine so we only accept puppies as young as four months old. However, we highly recommend fully vaccinating all your pups.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and all credit cards. For latch-key service, we can send invoices through venmo or square.
